Shield Vert, in base a snowy mountain issuant, above a couped sheep Argent, in chief a pair of spurs Or, one spur in each corner.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and short white scroll, in Bénard Guedes style, reading in black upper case serifed letters "CABEÇA".
Meaning:
The coat of arms is interesting because it has a sheep over a mountain, but the sheep´s feet don´t touch the mountain.
The spurs refer to local legends, traditions and the old age of the village. The sheep represents herding as important economic activity.
The mountain refers to the location in the Star Muntains (Serra da Estrela).
