From a
catalog selling Satanic-related gear:
"Just in time for the new millennium, Satan Shop is proud to introduce the
International Satanic Pride Flag. The flag consists of five stripes containing
three colors, black, red and silver. These colors were chosen after considering
input from hundreds of Satanists worldwide. These new symbols and colors are a
great way to discreetly express your Satanic Pride to other Satanists.
(Flag has five horizontal stripes: Black, Red, Silver, Red, Black.)
"Satan2000.com finalized the flag and wolf silhouette designs on December 31,
2000. These colors and designs are NOT copyrighted and are hereby declared
Public Domain as our gift to the satanic community. Please feel free to use
these colors and symbols as you see fit. Quality images of these new symbols are
available by clicking on the images below."

While the Satanic pride flag design is still offered in merchandise decoration, the flags they had once for sale seem to have been sold out. Additionally, the outfit that first promoted the Satanist pride flag is now offering flags with the "Baphomet sign": http://www.satanshop.com/index.php?cat=Collection&aisle=769; these came in white lining on black, in black lining on white, in black lining filled purple or red, and in white lining on black disc on white.
The
catalog
also features a variation to the original 5-stripe design (http://www.satanshop.com/images/709b.jpg)
with additional black triangles pointing inwards on the vertical edges of the
light grey stripe and on a white-fimbriated black disc over all, extending onto
the middle of the red stripes, a slightly overlapping white (or rather
counterchanged) inverted Solomon's sign.

The Church of Satan doesn't have an official online shop as merchandizing
really isn't their thing, but they have collaborated with Satanme for pendants
and such. The Satanme flags can be found here:

While I haven't
personally seen any of those flags flying, I do subscribe to r/satanism on
Reddit, and have seen people post photos of the Stonewall style Baphomet pride
flag, and the black and white Baphomet flag (https://redd.it/kqemul
& https://redd.it/j58lhm). I've also seen
the black and white Baphomet flag at political protests/rallies advocating the
separation of Church and State, even though the Church of Satan as an
organization is strictly apolitical.

Unlike the Church of Satan, The Satanic Temple does have a full online shop
where you can purchase a number of different items, including flags.
https://thesatanictemple.com/collections/flags-1.
However, like the
Church of Satan, I have also seen the "001 Stars, Stripes, and TST" flag on
display during Church and State protests in front of capitol grounds, or when
TST founder Lucien Greaves speaks at an engagement. I haven't seen any of the
other flags flown.
