The Flag

It seems that the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North has changed its flag. The flag now used is white with the same logo, but enlarged, in the center.

It is the Russian national umbrella organisation representing 41 indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East. It was established in 1990.
