From time to time I have seen pictures of flags produced for the launches of
Soyuz spacecraft to the International Space Station, consisting of the mission
patch on a white field. Two examples below:

The patch of the recently-concluded Soyuz TM-20 mission, with a Russian
commander and two Japanese tourists, was featured on a desk flag at the Baykonur
Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
