According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Chantha Buri
province is red with a representation of the provincial seal (blue background,
yellow moon, and white rabbit) in the middle of the flag, and the name in the
province in yellow letters beneath the seal. The white rabbit is rather odd
since it is black on the seal where it stands for the dark areas of the moon.
The flag can be seen nowadays on the provincial website:

Description from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seals_of_The_Provinces_of_Thailand:
The seal
of the province shows the moon surrounded by an aura. Inside the moon disc is a
dark rabbit, for according to Thai tradition the dark areas on the moon (maria)
form a rabbit shape.
