Description of the flag

Rosine is an unincorporated community and census-designate place located in eastern hilly terrain of Ohio County

The flag is a horizontal tri-bar is blue-yellow-blue. In the upper blue bar is a half-ring with the community name on it. In the lower blue bar is a quarter ring with the state's initials on it. In the center is a black circle with a musical note on it. The note represents the musical heritage the community has when it comes to Bluegrass, as it is where "Father of Bluegrass," Bill Monroe was born. The community has a museum built in his honor and the musical festivals held there as well.
