The flag follows the same design as the strips of the national flag, being made up of nine stripes of red-white. Along the border of the flag are 20 white stars, which are all placed on the red bars. In the first white stripe is "WE CARE" From the second red stripe to the third white stripe is the city's name. IN the fourth red stripe is the city and, and finally in the last white bar is the state name.
The photo of the flag came from Facebook but it's post was deleted at some point, I did archive the image.
