The Guadalupe County flag, as adopted for its hoisting in the state capitol in 1993, depicts the old county logo on a white field. In a bronze circle, there is a ring shaped as a C in white bearing the words "GUADALUPE" and "COUNTY" in a typewriter-style font. In the innermost circle of the seal are waves over a blue background, remembering the area around Santa Rosa (possibly representing the Blue Hole in specific), with a mound to the right and a column jutting out into the water (though unclear what it is a representation of specifically).
