Description of the flag

The Torrance County flag can be seen at abq.news (https://abq.news/2022/11/county-clerk-keeps-job-amid-allegations-of-pre-certifying-voting-machines/). All contained within a circular device, in the very center is a map of the state; a map of the county is within and has a heart shape in the center, and sun rays evoking the Zia sun symbol stretch out of the contour. Arched are the words "TORRANCE COUNTY" (above) and "NEW MEXICO" (below). Just above the state name are the words "EST. 1905".

based on photo

Seen in an archived page of nmcounties.org is the flag of Torrance County, which has its charge similar to the county's seal. Sadly, it looks like the full flag is not visible, but it does look like the entire design on the flag is known.

The Torrance County flag depicts the county logo, and was adopted in 1992. It is unclear if this is still flown at the capitol rotunda. Same description as the current flag, however just above the map of the state are the words "Heart of", and above this is "TORRANCE". Just below the shape are the words "New Mexico", and below this is "NEW MEXICO"
