A photo of the flag was sent to me by the township administration.
The flag is a red field with a crest-like emblem in the center. It is blue with the depiction of the historic St. Paul Church, which is located on Town Highway 114 about 3 miles southwest of the village of Paulding. Above the church is a white ribbon with the township's name on it. A wreath is formed around the church using starting with a pheasant, then a branch of leaves, a cob of corn, and wheat at the top. Next to the pheasant is a golden baroque drapery. At the bottom of the flag is a white box with the township's establishment year on it. Above the box is an acorn, with more drapery around it.
