Description of the Flag

The flag is a white field with the county seal in the center. The flag was presumably adopted in 2022, as that's when the new logo and seal were introduced.

The previous flag was based on a bicentennial seal designed in 1999. It features the Wood County Courthouse as the center piece of it all, with the county and state name over the courthouse, and the courthouse erection year and county founding years under the courthouse.
