Introduction: The Rams Franchise
Cleveland Rams 1936-1945, Los Angeles Rams 1946-1994, St. Louis Rams 1995-2015, and Los Angeles Rams 2016-present

The Rams are a professional American football team currently playing in Los Angeles. They received their first franchise in the short-lived American Football League (AFL). They began playing in 1936 in Ohio as the Cleveland Rams before the AFL was absorbed into the National Football League (NFL) in 1937. In 1946, the franchise moved from Cleveland to Los Angeles where they would play for the next 48 years. They played at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum between 1946 and 1979, then moved to the Anaheim Stadium (Angel Stadium) in 1980. In 1950 they become the first pro football team to have all their games televised. In 1979, the Rams made their first and only Super Bowl appearance while playing in Los Angeles, which they lost to the defending champions, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
In 1995 the Ram's home office made the decision to move the team to Saint Louis, Missouri, where it would remain for the next 21 years. Between 1999 and 2004 the team qualified for the playoffs in five out of six seasons, including their first Super Bowl win against the Tennessee Titans. They later lost to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVI. The Rams franchise returned to Los Angeles in 2016.
Note: Be aware that there are a host of manufacturer's variants of these and other fan flags being marketed for "Rams" fans. This includes garden flags, banners, and pennants.
