Formerly an independent institution, it merged with the College Station campus in July 2013.

Current Flag is a white TAMU logo over the white lettering "Health Science Center" on a PMS 7421 maroon field.

Former flag when it was independent, was the TAMHSC seal on a PMS 7421 maroon field (photo is grayed out).
