Description of the Flag

The flag was adopted on September 8, 2016. The official description is as follows (translated from the original in Spanish "The flag has a simplified version of the National Coat of Arms of Chile, which rests upon the international symbol of Vexillology which has the same order of colors of the presidential band (sash), one of the symbols of power that Chile has, all in a white background to highlight the harmony between the colors".

Author: Cristóbal Barra Cisterna.
Proportions: 2:3 (French pattern).
Colors in Pantone scale are Red 485 and Azul 286"
