From google summary:
The Jacobite Rebellions were a series of uprisings between the late 17th and mid-18th centuries that aimed to restore the Stuart family to the British throne after the deposition of Catholic King James II. The movement was supported by various factions including Roman Catholics and disaffected Tories, but ultimately failed. The most famous was the 1745 rebellion, led by Charles Edward Stuart ("Bonnie Prince Charlie"), which culminated in the decisive Jacobite defeat at the Battle of Culloden in 1746.

From Tour Scotland:
Tour Scotland video of the Jacobite Flag raised at The Battle of Culloden in 1746. The Latin Motto, in a Ribbon above a Thistle & St. Andrew's Cross, translates to the Scottish Motto: " No One Provokes Me With Impunity " Captain John Kinloch, Carried the Flag at Culloden, then hid the Banner at Logie House, near Kirriemuir, Angus. Almost all of the other Jacobite Flags from Culloden were Burned in Edinburgh.
