Description of the flag

In January 2023 the city of Clemson adopted a new logo and city seal developed by the branding company Arnett Muldrow of Greenville SC. The focal point is a tree, which is consistent with a visual image associated with the city. The colors of the logo are: orange to mimic the beautiful sunsets for which Clemson is so well loved, deep blue illustrating the Blue Ridge mountains, light blue representing Lake Hartwell, and green representing the trees, parks, and outdoor recreation that are prevalent and valued. In February 2023, a new flag was flown with the seal a light blue background, resembling the colors of DW Daniel High School.
